FlexFoam is currently the only manufacturer in the United States using a horizontal log mold instead of a vertical mold for bonded urethane.

This reduces the density variation which is greater in vertical molds because of the distance from top to bottom which translates to side-to-side when processed.

Our log and peel method also includes precision cutting equipment to ensure accurate gauges with no "thick and thins".
